This past week, another new traffic pattern was introduced at Clague. This is the third one this school year due to construction of the new Logan Elementary School. Instead of entering Clague from the car loop from Nixon, drivers will now enter from Bluett Road, go around the loop, and then exit on Nixon, only turning right to head north. Nixon road remains closed going southbound between Bluett and Traver. Athletic director Brandon Copland said that he finds the change “inconvenient.” The road will be closed through the summer.
Students who walk across Nixon are also impacted. They are rerouted around the construction, increasing their commute time by about 10 minutes.
