You look out the window as you see snowflakes falling from the sky and realize you want something matching the chilly winter outside. Normally, to solve this problem, you would have to put on your heavy coat, shovel the driveway, and risk a slippery trip to the grocery store just to stare at some ice cream that has been sitting there for ages. But what if the perfect winter treat was just outside?
Snow Ice Cream or snow cream, transforms fresh snow into a yummy dessert in just a few minutes!
Snow Ice Cream is unique because of its texture. Since you are using freshly, fallen snow, the result is a sort of slushie and creamy ice cream texture.
According to videos on social media and the website attached below, here is the recipe to make Snow Ice Cream.

Here are some additional facts based on my experience.
If you want it to taste richer, swap out milk for a can of sweetened condensed milk.
Additionally, make sure the snow is freshly fallen and white. Avoid any snow that has been sitting for days or is near a road.
Plus, be creative and experiment. You can drizzle some maple syrup or honey on top, or throw in some juice or lemonade for a fruity flavor.
When you make Snow Ice Cream, you have total control of what you’re doing and it’s super fun!

This looks so good! I have never thought that snow could also be made into a fresh dessert. The recipe looks very good and I will have to try this sometime when it snows.
