Clague Middle School’s fun night took place on Feb. 9. The event was packed with exciting games, sports, karaoke, dancing, movies, and more. Let’s have a recap of what happened!

The last piece of the orchestra's repertoire was “The Octavator” by Michael Hopkins, a constituent and professor of Music Education at the University of Michigan. With formidable confidence, a G octave was the last note played in this vivacious piece. “I’m so proud of what the students have accomplished so far this year they’re on their way to great things,” Alwin said. “Beautiful playing, and they looked so happy on the stage.”

Jay Tavane is an eighth grader at Clague Middle School, this is her third year doing The Cougar Star. She loves to paint, draw, and watch TV. Some of her fav shows are "Arcane" and "One Piece!" She plays the trumpet and is a part of BPA. She also has an older brother who is at Huron (Go River Rats!!!). She has two birds and dreams about getting a husky.
