Every year, 8th graders are required to take the PSAT 8/9 (Preliminary SAT), a standardized test that is administered by the College Board.

Every year, 8th graders are required to take the PSAT 8/9 (Preliminary SAT), a standardized test that is administered by the College Board. The PSAT exam will take place on Wednesday, April 12. 

Due to the specific testing conditions required, the school day will have a late start for all 6th and 7th graders. They will arrive at school at 11:30, go to lunch, and attend their afternoon classes. 

For 8th graders, the reporting time is 8:15, like a regular school day. The testing will begin at approximately 9:05 and end at 12:15. After lunch, the 8th graders will attend their afternoon classes. 

Here is the April 12 schedule from the email Principal Harvell sent out:
