Q. Tell us a little bit about yourself.

A. I teach Mandarin at Clague and Thurston. I have been teaching Mandarin for about 10 years. I live in Ann Arbor and my two amazing children also go to AAPS.

Q. What has been your favorite part about this school year?

A. My favorite part of this year is that I learned how to use Zoom and Schoology to connect and teach my wonderful students. It’s so rewarding to see several smiling faces on Zoom that are eager to learn and explore.

Q. What do you miss about Clague?

A. I miss teaching my students in the classes, going on field trips, and learning and having fun in the face-to-face classes.

Q. What is one goal you have for this year?

A. One goal I have for every year is that I want to do my best to make sure my students enjoy learning and coming to school every day.

Q. What is your favorite class and why?

A. My favorite class would be gym. I love playing basketball and badminton even though I am not good at playing them.
