All Clague students are invited to Revel & Roll for hours of bowling on Martin Luther King (MLK) Day (Monday, Jan. 20) to raise money for the eighth grade field trip to Traverse City, where principal Kyron Harvell will be giving $100 out of pocket to the first person who can beat him in a one-on-one bowling match.
“We also want to raise funds to reduce the price for students to attend the Traverse City Field Trip, and provide full scholarships for those families who may need extra support,” Harvell said. “All Cougars who have the desire to attend the trip will attend.”
Unlike previous events, this is not a drop-off event; students must be chaperoned throughout.
Bowling shoes, arcade card for extra fun ($10 value), food, and drinks will all be included in the entry cost of $30. Tickets can be purchased here.
Bowling will be open to all students and families from 1 to 4 p.m. Those looking to volunteer can sign up to do so here.
“We are hoping that all Clague Cougars spend their day off at Revel and Roll with us as this will build the sense of community and pride amongst our family,” Harvell said.
