Emma Jung

Emma Jung is currently a seventh grader at Clague.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself.

A: “My name is Emma Jung, and I’m a seventh grader at Clague Middle School. I moved from Korea when I was in sixth grade and I have a younger sister named Erica in fifth grade.”

Q: What is your favorite class and why?

A: “My favorite class is probably Spanish, because I love Ms. Jakubowski and she makes the class really fun so that I wanna learn more. I really love her teaching style, and she’s always super nice to us. She isn’t too harsh on us like some other teachers, but she still teaches us a lot of good and important things. And that makes us wanna actually learn and study about it!”

Q: What hobbies/sports/clubs do you do and why do you like them?

A: “I love to ice skate and my hobby is listening to Taylor Swift and Blackpink. I really like pop in general, and I also love to eat food. I’d probably say my favorite part of my day is when I’m eating. I do winter running and a yearbook club. I really love hanging out with my friends because it’s always so fun!”

Q: What is your favorite Taylor Swift song and why do you like it?

A: “My favorite Taylor Swift song is “You Belong With Me” because I know all the lyrics and I love the music video.”

Q: What is something you are proud of?

A: “I’m proud that I speak two languages fluently and that I have a very nice younger sister named Erica. I’m also proud that I’m a black belt in taekwondo.”

Q: What’s an interesting/unique fact about yourself?

A: “I think one interesting thing about myself is that I’ve been to a lot of countries. My friend, Lucas, said that one unique thing about myself is that if I had to spend three minutes with either Taylor Swift or a billion dollars, I’d choose Taylor Swift.”
